AmGraft Core™ amniotic membrane allograft is a human placental-derived tissue product processed with Amnion’s proprietary AmnioCleanse™ tissue purification technology. This dual-layer amnion chorion allograft adds additional structural support by incorporating both the amnion and chorion layers — ideal for applications requiring a thicker biological barrier.

How AmGraft Core Amniotic Membrane Allograft Works

When applied over the wound, AmGraft Core™ acts as a protective covering, delivering the natural biostructure inherent to human amnion and chorion. It is engineered for ease of use and conforms smoothly to the wound site to provide an effective protective barrier. The dual-layer design makes it particularly well-suited for deeper wounds or applications where added thickness is clinically beneficial.

Every AmGraft Core™ amniotic membrane allograft is procured and processed according to standards established by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) and the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). All tissues are recovered under full informed consent from planned C-section donors. Terminally sterilized using e-beam technology and validated for a 5-year shelf life.
